Iola ISD has announced they will be holding a memorial service for one of their young students who passed away after a battle with cancer.
After an almost two year battle with leukemia, 8 year old Landon Reed Chatman passed away over the weekend.
A memorial service celebrating Landon’s life will be held this Saturday, January 28th, at 11 am. All will take place in the Iola High School gymnasium.
The district wore green on Monday in support of his favorite super hero, the Hulk.
