Multiple drive-up, free COVID-19 testing sites set up in Grimes County through December

December 7, 2020 by Andre Perrard

Numerous drive-up, COVID-19 testing sites are coming to Grimes County.

The county will see several this week, and in the next few weeks, as Christmas and the New Year approaches.

Beginning Tuesday, December 8th through Thursday, December 10th, there is a drive-up testing site at the Navasota Center.

Next Tuesday, December 15th through Thursday, December 17th, there will be a site at Todd Mission City Hall, on FM 1774.

The week of Christmas, Monday, December 21st through Wednesday, December 23rd, there will be a site in Bedias at the Civic Center.

Finally, Monday December 28th through December 30th, there is a testing site in Anderson, at the American Legion Hall.

All testing will be done from 8 am until 4 pm, and if you are in line by 4 pm, you will be eligible to be tested that day. No appointments are necessary, and you will be able to stay in your car for what will be a cheek swab test.

Be sure to bring a photo ID, and there is no charge for the testing.
