Before Monday evenings city council meeting in Navasota, there will be a public workshop to discuss an ordinance regarding aggressive, or unleashed dogs.
The hearing will take place beginning at 4:30 pm in council chambers.
The special meeting comes amidst complaints from residents recently about being attacked by feral dogs, or dogs hat are not properly leashed by their owner.
An ordinance will not be formally presented to council at Monday’s meeting, but will in the future.
