Navasota City Council Introduced To Newest Four-Legged Police Officer

Navasota Police Department has a new officer on duty. Police Chief Mike Mize introduced K9 Diego, who made quite an impression with the City Council at the last regular meeting.

 

 

 

Mize gave details about the process and sponsors that helped to get Officer Drake & K9 Diego set up.

 

 

In his short time on duty, K9 Diego has already proven himself to be an asset to the department.

 

 

 

City Manager Jason Weeks further explained how Officer Drake & K9 Diego will work with the NPD.

 

 

 

The City Council and Navasota Police Department are looking forward to working with the new addition to the department.
