Navasota City Hall closed to the public starting April 2nd

The City of Navasota is closing City Hall to the public starting tomorrow.

According to a release from the city  on Wednesday, they will be closing City Hall and the Library to the public effective Thursday, April 2nd, in efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The city will continue to provide all services, and will respond to emergency calls.

Utility bills can be paid online at navasotatx.gov or by utilizing the payment kiosk at City Hall, but customers are encouraged to utilize online payment options to avoid unnecessary contact with others.

Any library books may be returned by using the book drop on the east side of the library.

Any permit requests and plans must be submitted online at navasotatx.gov.

The city encourages citizen’s to continue following CDC guidelines on social distancing and gatherings of 10 people or less. Citizen’s still may access grocery stores, restaurant drive-thru, delivery and curb-side pick up.
