During halftime at last weekend’s homecoming game, Navasota High School Associate Principal Kristi Ramsey first introduced this year’s homecoming royalty, Cassidy Balmer, Shelby Elisa Colick, Glados Lopez, Kiandrea Lowrey, Reashaney Mok, Tyler Seal and Taylor Torez.
Then, in alphabetical order, she introduced the 20-14 homecoming queen nominees.
Finally, in the second most joyous moment friday night, Ramsey announced this year’s Homecoming Queen Rebecca White, as she was crowned by last year’s Queen, Quyteshia Maxey.
Friday’s most joyous moment, of course, was the Rattlers’ eventual trouncing of Arkansas Heritage 49 – 10, to maintain their undefeated status.
