As they do every single year, the Navasota ISD Education Foundation has presented hardworking teachers with $57,000 in grants Wednesday morning.
Officials with the NISD board, community members, and other NISD officials boarded a bus, and headed to each campus in the district one by one.
The teachers can use them for in-class innovative technology, to help aid students in learning.
Since 2003, the NISD Education Foundation has returned more than $1 million back to NISD schools.
The district also thanked the teachers for their hard work, and dedication.
