A Navasota man was taken to jail this weekend after performing a burnout with his Dodge Charger.
College Station Police observed 20 year old Tavarus Cornell Baker cause a massive plume of smoke around 3:30 am Sunday.
The officer noted in the report that the air smelled overwhelmingly like burning rubber, and pulled Baker over shortly afterward.
Baker was charged with Disorderly Conduct, and released a few hours later.
