Last November, there was a crash near Traditions Golf Course in Bryan where a full-sized pickup struck a tree and injured the driver and two passengers.
Last Friday, the driver of the truck, who was 20 years old at the time of the crash, was taken to jail on multiple charges.
Arrest reports from Bryan Police say the driver had a blood alcohol level, four hours after the crash, that was more than twice the legal limit at .193, and investigators determined the truck was going 77 miles per hour on Traditions Boulevard just before the crash.
That led to the arrest of 21-year-old Landry Wells of Navasota on charges of DWI and 2 counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon as the result of injuries sustained by the 2 passengers in his truck.
