Law enforcement spotting a wanted man at a College Station motel lands a Navasota man in jail, alongside two others, for drugs and outstanding warrants.
Police arrived at the Holiday Inn on Highway 6 Monday morning, where they saw two women leave the suspected vehicle. Officers stopped the car behind the building, and spoke to both 26 year old Dustin Macik of Bryan, and 27 year old Raul Terraza of Navasota.
After speaking with the two, officers found inside the vehicle crystal meth, a meth pipe, marijuana, and synthetic marijuana, also known as K2.
In the backseat as well was an infant in a car seat, which was removed from the vehicle. Macik admitted to the child being his, as well as some of the drugs present.
Macik faces numerous drug charges, alongside Abandonment of a Child and Tampering with Evidence. He remains in jail on bonds totaling $53,000
The Navasota native Terraza, meanwhile, had a warrant out of his arrest from Burleson County, and faces new narcotics charges. He is being held without any bond set for violating parole.
The two women that left the car before police arrived were also arrested on weed charges.
