A Navasota man is heading to prison after admitting to stabbing one person, and the armed robbery of a second person in 2019.
21 year old Kevin Ramos entered a plea agreement, and a judge sentenced him to 25 years for the robbery, and 20 years for the stabbing, both sentences served at the same time.
The incident happened in the Northgate District in January 2019. The stabbing victim was waiting to use the ATM, when he was stabbed in the back of the head, plus sustained numerous cuts to his arms and shoulder. The victim ran away, and the person using the ATM handed Ramos $45, out of fear of being attacked.
Ramos was out of jail on bond for over two years before his sentencing on Tuesday.
