On June 6th, Navasota City Council unanimously approved the Navasota Police Department’s proposal to enter into an interlocal agreement with the Brazos Valley Council of Governments (BVCOG) for E911 Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) Services.
Dispatch Supervisor, Sarah Moon explained the details.
Moon also gave an update on the status of the equipment.
It is a two year agreement that starts September 1st of this year and runs through August 31st of 2025.
