The morning of Valentine’s Day, Bryan police respond to the report of a man and woman taking more than $2300.00 of merchandise from the Marshall’s store. Less than 30 minutes later, the getaway vehicle was stopped by Navasota police.
The BPD arrest report says the 25 year old woman and the 51 year old man answered no questions.
In addition to recovering what was stolen, officers found receipts from other stores showing credit being given for returning merchandise from other stores.
The woman was also arrested on a warrant from Harris County for felony theft with prior convictions.
