Scores of Navasota Citizens responded to a recent invitation from City leaders to let them know how they feel about the quality of life here, as council begins to craft a new master plan. Mayor Bert miller says it needs to be updated, and that the Navasota center meetings were all about making our city better.
Miller tells Navasota news he was pleased to see a representative turnout, from retirees, to business leaders and families.
And while opinions varied, he says, they voiced similar ideas; like connecting all of the city’s parks with a trail, building more community centers, homes and businesses.
And most of those areas, the mayor happily reported, the city is already working on.
