Navasota teen, two juveniles arrested in College Station

College Station police arrested a Navasota teen and two juveniles for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle this morning.

Early Tuesday morning around 2 am, authorities at the College Station Police Department received a report of suspicious activity in the 2500 block of Hickory Drive in College Station. Upon arrival, officers found two males inside a vehicle, and found a third hiding in a nearby yard. The group arrived in two vehicles, and through investigation, it was determined one of the vehicles was stolen from Navasota.

17 year old Keshawn Brown of Navasota was arrested and charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. The other two suspects were also arrested and charged, but their identities will not be released.

The charge of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle is a state jail felony, punishable by 180 days to two years in prison and a fine not to exceed $10,000.
