A single vehicle accident near Stoneham on Tuesday afternoon claimed the life of a Navasota woman.
Texas DPS says it happened on Evergreen Forest Lane near the small town around 4 pm. That is where the 2000 Ford Explorer was unable to navigate a curve, and rolled over, ejecting the driver from the vehicle.
37 year old Valorie Hinojosa of Navasota was taken to CHI St. Joseph for her injuries, but passed away later that evening.
No further information has been released, and an investigation is ongoing. No one else was injured during the crash.
