Navasota’s new disc golf curse has its grand opening this Sunday at 10 am.
The new 18 hole course is at August Horst Park.
City Manager Brad Stafford, speaking on the most recent Grilling Stafford, was asked about lighting, and if alcohol is allowed on the course.
“It is not lighted at this time, and no, they should not be bringing alcohol into a city park unless they have a permit for an event, with security,” said Stafford.
