The brick fell through the awnings overnight Wednesday
Heads up as you are walking along Washington Avenue, you may have to walk around some repairs.
On Wednesday night, the brick facade of the building at 220 East Washington, on the corner of La Salle, collapsed and fell throug awnings to the sidewalk below.
The area was roped off throuh Thursday, and likely will see crews there this weekend, as they work to fix the area.
Access to Dr. Canney’s MedicalOffice can be done on their side entrance, and Miller Insurance asks that you enter form their rear entrance.
Assessment o the damage, and the cause, is underway.
