No one was hurt during a Monday afternoon fire at the Navasota Livestock Auction Barn.
The fire, which was first reported by the Examiner, started around 2 pm Monday afternoon. The cause of that fire was said to be from construction, repairing damage the building sustained during Winter Storm Uri last week.
Navasota Fire and Navasota Police responded to the scene, and the fire was contained a short time later.
No injuries were reported.
Business will continue as normal ion the area, with Cow Talk Steakhouse open tomorrow, and the Navasota Livestock Auction is open this Saturday.
