The City of Navasota announces the opening of the new left turn lane on Washington Avenue.
They say phase one of the crosswalk project in downtown is now complete, and that the cones and barrels have been removed. Today is the first day the lane will be used for turns onto LaSalle.
Phase two of construction on the pedestrian sidewalk across Washington is underway.
