Plantersville woman faces Criminal Trespass and Public Intoxication charges after entering unlocked vehicle

March 9, 2023 by Andre Perrard

A Plantersville woman is in jail after being seen breaking into another persons car.

College Station Police arrived at the Arbor Square apartments Wednesday night for the reporting party’s call of a woman rustling around in their unlocked car.

Officers said when they spoke with 38 year old Daisy Hernandez of Plantersville, she slurred her speech, and was confused as to why the car would not work, thinking it was her own. She also stated she believed she was in Houston.

Hernandez was taken to jail on a Criminal Trespass charge, plus public intoxication. The report did not note the drug of which Hernandez was under the influence.

She remains in jail on bonds totaling $3,300.
