Primary candidates for Grimes County positions in 2022 election cycle announced

Primary candidates for the 2022 elections cycle in Grimes County have been released.

County Judge Joe Fauth will have an opponent, as Joseph A Brown announced his candidacy. For County Clerk, incumbent Vanessa Burzynski will be challenged by Britney Husfield and Stacey Male.

Precinct 2 Commissioner David Dobyanski will face off against David Tullos.

Grimes County will also move State Representative District, going to HD 12 where there will be choices between Kyle Kacal, Ben Bius and Joshua Hamm.
