Quads Born at St. Joseph Regional Health Center

August 12, 2014 by Archive

BRYAN, Texas (AP) _ A Central Texas woman has given birth to quadruplets.

St. Joseph Regional Health Center in Bryan on Tuesday announced the two boys, the two girls and their mother are all doing well.

Hospital spokeswoman Heather Bush says the premature quads were born Saturday night to Nyosha (ny-OH’-shuh) Boone of Bryan. The woman and her husband, Brian Boone Jr., also have a 5-year-old son.

The quadruplets are named Austin, Ashton, Addison and Arianna.

Bush says the babies were born a few weeks early, at 32 weeks. She did not immediately have weights on the newborns, which remain in neonatal intensive care.
