If you are looking to purchase the property lot where the old public works warehouse is in downtown Navasota, you have about a month to get your name into the mix.
The City of Navasota is issuing a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the purchase & redevelopment of the vacant lot located at 200 S & 215 S Railroad St, Navasota.
The warehouse offers over 8,700 square feet of space along the newly redeveloped Railroad Street. The property also includes a 5,700 square foot vacant lot ideal for expansion of the current warehouse or new construction.
All proposals must be clearly marked & received no later than Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. CDT.
