Bob Colwell at the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) district office in Bryan says weather permitting, the northbound onramp from Harvey Road and exit to University will open next Thursday (7/24).
The following day (Friday 7/25), the northbound freeway exit at Briarcrest will close.
Before that, Monday night (7/21) starting at 9 p.m., northbound traffic between Harvey and University will be closed. Motorists will be diverted to the frontage road.
