A school bus crash near Todd Mission ended with a College Station bus driver being issued a citation.
Texas DPS says that happened after 4 pm on FM 1774 and Mallard Lane. A 2014 GMC pickup hauling a homemade trailed was heading southbound, followed by a College Station ISD school bus. The pickup stopped in the roadway for another vehicle to turn, when the bus hit the trailer, and stopped on top of it.
There were 36 passengers on the bus, with no reported injuries. The driver of the bus was cited for failure to control speed.
The driver in the pickup was not injured.
