Second positive West Nile Virus sample found in Brazos County

For the second time this summer, the Brazos County health district announces mosquito samples testing positive for West Nile Virus.

The latest sample is located in the College Station zip code of 77845. Regardless of the location, the health district says all of Brazos County should be considered positive for West Nile.

A list of measures to reduce exposure to mosquitos is online at brazoshalth.org.

The health district has not reported any West Nile cases this summer in Brazos County.
