March 10, 2022 by Andre Perrard

The Special Olympics are back in Grimes County for the first time since the world stopped turning for the pandemic.

“March 29th, we will be having the Special Olympics for the first time in over two years, at Navasota High School,” said Commissioner David Dobyanski at Wednesday’s Commissioner’s Court meeting.

“We have 200 kids signed up to participate this year, which is the largest we have had since its inception.”

The Special Olympics will be back at Navasota High School on March 29th.
