According to a press release from the Grimes County Sheriff’s Office, “On Thursday, November 21, 2024, at approximately 5:45 a.m., the Grimes County Sheriff’s Office Tactical and Containment Team (TACT) executed a narcotics search warrant at an address off of Mossy Knoll Drive in Plantersville, Texas.
TACT Team members observed the listed target of the search warrant. He is identified as Johnny Figueroa. There were two other occupants in the residence with Figueroa, who were identified as Morgan Kiser and Sarah Murphy.
Kiser was found to be in possession of narcotics and was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance, a State Jail Felony. Kiser was magistrate and has a $4,000 bond.
Murphy was found to have an active warrant out of Harris County for Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Third-Degree Felony. Murphy has no bond.
Figueroa was charged with Manufacture and Delivery of Controlled Substance, a First-Degree Felony; Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Third-Degree Felony; Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Second-Degree Felony; Possession of a Controlled Substance, Class A Misdemeanor; and Possession of Marijuana 2-4 ounces, a Class A Misdemeanor. Figueroa was magistrate and has $70,000 in bonds.
Deputies recovered 178 grams of methamphetamine; 3.7 grams of amphetamine pills; 3.6 grams of Xanax; 11.3 grams of Hydrocodone; 3.8 grams of crack cocaine, and 3 ounces of marijuana. All three defendants were booked into the Grimes County Jail.”
