Texas A&M Freshman Wins $50 Thousand for Field Goal Challenge

September 2, 2024 by Willy1550

ESPN’s on-campus “College Game Day,” was set up in College Station for the matchup between Notre Dame and Texas A&M on Saturday for the start of the college football season.

Pat McAfee, former NFL kicker, and host of the Pat McAfee Show offers up a substantial cash prize if a student can make field goal as part of pre-game festivities.

A first-year Texas A&M student, and soccer player named Lucas Dolibois, missed the first attempt from 33 yards for $25 thousand.

After being taunted by comedian and Notre Dame fan, Shane Gillis, and some pressure from the crowd, McAfee let Lucas try again for $50 thousand, and he made it!
