More information may be known this week about the future of Texas Central’s plans for their high speed passenger train between Houston and Dallas. That’s because a court deposition is scheduled involving a Harris county man whose land is on the proposed route.
The high-speed rail project was first proposed in 2014, and construction was scheduled to begin in 2021.
