Three men involved in the January shooting of a Todd Mission man have been arrested.
According to the Grimes County Sheriff’s Office, they took into custody 20 year old Darian Nelson, 18 year old Tylar Jordan, 17 year old Jaquerious Duckett, and an unidentified juvenile.
Authorities say they entered the victims home in January 24th with the intention of robbing it. They shot the victim multiple times, and took items from the home.
The man called 911, and was found unresponsive when deputies arrived. He was taken to emergency surgery that day, and remains in critical condition 2 weeks later.
The three adults, Nelson, Duckett and Jordan, all face two counts of aggravated robbery, which is a first degree felony. No word on the juvenile’s charges.
The Sheriff’s office also said they may pursue more charges against the individuals.
