Traffic delays will begin this Wednesday in Navasota, and last for a few weeks, as crews will be working to replace a 6 inch water line on La Salle Street.
The City says that will be in the 100 block of North La Salle, from Washington Avenue up to Brule Street. The project is projected to take approximately three weeks to complete.
The northbound lane of La Salle from Washington to Brule will be closed for the whole project, with the southbound lane remaining open for turning left or right to Washington.
In addition, the turning lane from Washington Avenue onto North La Salle will be closed, and detours around the area will be in place.
