A former employee at Twin Oaks landfill was arrested twice this week on charges of illegally using a company credit card.
An arrest report from College Station police says last year, 24 year old Kevin Martinez made a 12 hundred dollar charge to pay his rent. The CSPD report also says Martinez admitted to a Grimes County sheriff’s deputy making unauthorized charges with the card belonging to the Brazos Valley Solid Waste Management Agency.
Online court records show Martinez has been charged with violating probation after admitting to a misdemeanor theft charge in December 2023.
