Grimes County has its 11th and 12th confirmed cases of COVID-19.
Emergency Management Coordinator for the county David Lilly announced it in a press release on Thursday afternoon. The first case is a female in her 50s and the second is a female in her 40s, with both cases not being travel related.
Out of the 12 total cases in the county thus far, 5 of them have recovered.
No further information on the patients was released to protect their identities.
