Two vehicle accident leads to arrest of Montgomery man

A Montgomery man was arrested by College Station PD when a two vehicle accident led to a drug bust.

It happened near Southwest Parkway and Dartmouth in College Station. Witnesses saw a man run from the scene and throw a bag in a trashcan at a gas station. Police located and searched the bag, finding in it 44.9 grams of THC oil, one .45 caliber pistol, and two 9 mm pistols. Two of them were found loaded.

The man was identified as Dominique Armbruster of Montgomery. He was arrested and charged with Unlawful Carry of a Weapon, Tampering with Evidence, and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

He was booked in the Brazos County Jail on bonds totaling $21,000 but has since been released.
