Two weeks ago, the postmaster general announced pausing changes at mail processing charges. That followed delayed and missing mail around the country, including mail between Bryan/College Station and a processing center in the Houston area.
U.S. Senator John Cornyn told Texas reporters last week he visited with the postmaster general since putting the changes on hold.
Cornyn says it makes no sense for mail from Bryan/College Station headed to another local address to go to be processed in Houston.
