Among those following the impeachment trial of Texas attorney general Ken Paxton is a former state A-G and now U.S. Senator John Cornyn. He was asked during a visit with Texas reporters last week about seeing a high profile Texas Republican on trial.
Cornyn also gave his opinion on how the trial is being conducted.
Cornyn said more than once that he is not passing judgment on the trial.
