Trying to change lanes on the freeway Friday afternoon led to a rollover crash north of University. College Station police report the driver, a Bryan woman, had to be cut out of her SUV before she was treated for injuries not believed to be life threatening. Officers were told the driver was trying to change lanes but lost control trying to get back after the driver of another car honked their horn.
Thursday during the afternoon commute, Bryan police were dealing with a pedestrian that was hit by a SUV. This was on Texas near Mary Lake, which is south of Villa Maria. Investigators were told a College Station woman did not use a crosswalk or cross at the intersection. The pedestrian is hospitalized in critical condition.
