A Central Texas woman has been identified as the victim of a fatal head-on collision in Grimes County last week.
Texas DPS says that crash was on FM 39 at FM 1696, between Iola and Cross. That is where the Chevy Silverado heading southbound drifted over the center line, and hit a northbound Ford F-350.
37 year old Kimberly Roberts of Aquilla, who was driving the Chevy, was killed in the crash.
The other driver, 64 year old Lonny Dewberry of Franklin, was seriously injured, and taken to St. Joseph in Bryan.
