We are about two weeks away from the 11th annual installment of Navasota’s Texas Birthday Bash. and after a record setting year last year, marketing an communications coordinator Bobbie Ullrich hopes they can aim even toward 20,000 people attending this year.
“We can hope. We have done our best to make sure the space for the event is much larger than last year, to accommodate for a large crowd. It will be a great time, that is for sure,” said Ullrich. “Both nights are exciting for different reasons. Friday [March 3rd], we are trying to stay more Tejano focused. Then Saturday [March 4th], we will have the focus on all the country music. It is always a good time.”
She says too with all the talent coming in, time is running short to get VIP passes for the two day event.
“VIP Saturday passes are sold out, and the two day VIP passes for the weekend are also sold out,” said Ullrich. “We only have Friday night VIP passes left available.”
The Friday night lineup will feature La Fiebre, who replace rick Trevino after a double booking. They will be followed by La Mafia, and then Jeff Canada to close the night.
Saturday, the lineup features Payton Howie, Jason Cassidy, Wade Hayes, Kevin Fowler, and all will be wrapped up by Aaron Watson that night.
The Bash returns Friday March 3rd, and Saturday March 4th. Tickets can be found on texasbirthdaybash.com.
