We Lost An Hour Of Sleep Over The Weekend, But The Extra Hour Of Daylight Is Good For Mental Health

Yesterday, we sprang forward, and lost an hour of sleep. However, many people look forward to Daylight Saving Time and getting that extra hour of light. Dr. Joseph Chang says that extra daylight can be good for your mental health.
