A rash of burglaries over the weekend have College Station police urging residents to remain vigilant.
Lt. Chuck Fleeger says one of the four reported vehicle burglaries on Saturday involved a broken window, which may not have been a burglary. The others were easy marks.
Fleeger says additionally five homes in an area predominantly occupied by student renters were burglarized some time between Friday and Saturday.
All five burglaries occurred in the 1100 block of Oney Hervey.
