September 1, 2022 by Andre Perrard

A pair of Navasota men face drug and weapons charges after an arrest in College Station this weekend.

CSPD’s arrest report says they stopped a car for making a wide right turn onto University Drive. Officers smelled Marijuana when approaching, and spoke with three passengers, two of which were identified as 27 year old Danxadrien McGee and 25 year old Quincy Debose, both of Navasota.

McGee, the driver, admitted to marijuana being in the vehicle, and admitted to there being a weapon inside as well.

In the car was a jar of weed, marijuana blunts, plus a Ruger EC9 and a Taurus G3c handguns.

McGee and Debose claimed ownership of the marijuana, and were arrested.

Both face charges of Possession of Marijuana, with Debose facing an additional charge of Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon.

Both were released after posting bond.
