The newest COVID-19 update in Grimes County has been released and this week saw yet another increase in cases.
In total, Grimes county has seen 158 total cases, up from 116 just one week ago. 77 of those are in Navasota, which is an increase of 22 cases from last week. Only one recovery was added, to bring the total to 18 recoveries, and 18 have been lost to follow up. There is currently one hospitalization.
In all, there are 107 active cases in Grimes County, which is up from 68 cases last week
2,824 tests have been performed overall in the county.
