At the last regular meeting of the City of Navasota’s Planning & Zoning Commission, the main agenda item was consideration and action on a preliminary site plan and exterior finish submitted by Wildflyer Mead and Beer Co. for the property located at 221 South Railroad St, the building formerly used as the City’s Public Works building that is in the City’s “Central Business District.”
The preliminary site plan was approved at the regular meeting on May 11th, with the contingency that Jeff Murray, owner of the company would come back before the commission with building facade materials after discussion concerning the ordinance.
Board Member Dr. John Walla explained.
The idea was brought up to perhaps have City Council review and possibly update the Ordinance at some point. City Manager Jason Weeks spoke on this.
