Woman arrested for trespassing in Millican and damaging husband’s car with baseball bat

August 22, 2022 by Andre Perrard

A woman wielding a baseball bat and damaging her ex husband’s car with it near Navasota this weekend was taken to jail and faces trespassing charges.

The Brazos County Sheriff’s Office got the call late last Thursday night on Matt Wright Road. Officers caught up with 36 year old Gina Alene Jones of College Station on FM 2154, where she admitted having the altercation after seeing another woman at the man’s home.

She said the two were still married, but had been separated for about 3 weeks. Damage to the man’s car included a broken taillight and headlight, plus a dent in one of the doors.

Jones was taken to jail on a Criminal Trespass charge, and released after posting a $2,000 bond.
