A famous figure is coming to speak at an event in Grimes County.
It has been announced that Ken Starr will be a guest speaker at the 15th Annual Reagan Dinner.
Starr is best known for his role on the Independent Counsel and Starr Report during the investigation of President Bill Clinton. Starr also has a distinguished career in public service and academia, having served as President of Baylor University from 2010-2016.
The dinner is being held at the Grimes County Expo Center on Saturday, February 15th. General reservations are $60 and VIP reservations are $75, which include a private book singing.
The event starts with a social hour at 5:30 pm and the dinner beginning at 6:30 pm.
